Firearm sales through Golden Prairie Gunsmithing are available to Kansas residents only. All firearm transfers and purchases are conducted in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

All firearm purchases require completion of the appropriate ATF Form 4473, a background check (when required), and verification of eligibility to possess a firearm. A valid government-issued photo ID with a current Kansas address is required at the time of transfer.

Golden Prairie Gunsmithing reserves the right to refuse any sale that does not meet legal requirements or company policy.
